Congratulations and thank you to all the artists who applied to the open call! We will launch soon new open calls!
Danny Rumbl is an illustrator and artist from Rotterdam where he’s working from his home studio on illustrations, large scale murals and wooden sculptures. His inspiration springs from his love of cartoons and illustrations from the ’60’s and 70’s, nature, food and modern popculture.
Philaico is Brazilian and lives in Edinburgh. Since 2010, he has been focusing on developing painting, serigraphy and stencil techniques. Through his contact with street-art, he began to become involved with painting, graffiti and large murals.
Using studies from photographs created by the artist himself, Felipe produced a series of paintings and portraits on canvases and walls in Brazil, Latin America and Europe.
Maga (Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona) is an illustrator, mural painter and educator. Regarding her work, she feels in continuous transformation, but it’s based above all on the creation of characters who want to express themselves through their gestures and environment. You can intuit various influences, such as: comics, Japanese illustration, surrealism, mythologies, hip hop, urban art, etc.
